Weekly Round Up: September 23

Aubrey and Melissa (Mouse on the Mind)
My niece and I!

See that tiny, adorable little baby burrito? Her name is Aubrey, and she’s my first niece. She’s also the sweet-smelling, cuddly little reason I haven’t been posting much the past few days.

Yea. My sister had a baby, and I went totally MIA.  I’ll probably be in a bit of a love haze for a few weeks. But I am going to do a better job of keeping MotM updated! Promises. And this week, I’ll have all of that content I promised last week.

Maybe not all of it. But you get the idea.

Not much else to report. People are still losing their heads over Maelstrom. I still think it stinks to see a beloved ride go … but look at that cute little muffin up there! How can I get riled up about a theme park ride when there’s a baby to snuggle?

One Little Spark of Inspiration
Emma, who lives her life with A Pinch of Pixie Dust, offered a full review of a tour I’ve been absolutely dying to try.

Dan looks at four versions of the iPhone and their capabilities … using Disney weenies as his subject! It’s a pretty cool post, and you can check it out on At Disney Again.

Estelle, the talented voice of This Happy Place Blog, goes back to High School: The Musical.

Jake’s got some bright ideas about what’s not so bright in the World Showcase on Mickey Mutineers.

Andrew of Disney Hipster Blog recalls a special (and now discontinued) experience at Disneyland.

Sarah sneaks a peek at the new Pineapple Lanai at the Poly on Eating WDW.

shane of Parkeology reveals some of it’s a small world’s secrets … and I am delighted because I was literally wondering about those flying carpets last weekend.

Melissa gets ready to hit the Parks dressed as Smee on Rolling with the Magic.
