In addition to the usual post-vacation malaise that we’re all too familiar with, I also got clobbered with a low-grade cold and transient fever that didn’t help my mood at all. But after a nice weekend hanging with family and friends and starting a couple of new craft projects, I feel so much better this week.
In Disney Parks news, I’m exceedingly excited about the new Jingle Bam show in Hollywood Studios (even if it has a silly name and even if I probably won’t get to see it this year), but I’m feeling a little cautious and concerned with regard to the future of Innoventions in EPCOT—the latest news has both buildings completely emptied of attractions (except for Colortopia, which just opened last November). When Dan and I walked through Innoventions West in August, it was basically a wasteland, and it made me so sad. I hope the Imagineers have something great up their sleeves for this historical-favorite part of the Park.
