Weekly Round Up: May 4

At Disney AgainHappy Wednesday!I took a little break earlier this week, but I am back.

There’s not much to report: I spent the weekend with my mom, sisters and niece. Doing girl things. Like eating ice cream and watching Peppa Pig. Dan spent the weekend in Central Florida celebrating a family event (that I couldn’t get off of work to attend), and he got to spend an afternoon in Animal Kingdom, which is where the photo at right comes from.

Here’s some news: Apparently, someone pushed a Housekeeping Cart over to the Grand Flo Villas and is selling shit they got out of a vending machine. For real. Take a look at the menu posted by WDW Magic. WTF is that? When I first saw the headline, I was so excited because a Quick Service option would be so nice in or near the Villas there … but this is … really just a pathetic offering. And for $4.19, that orange juice better be a half-gallon size.

In other news. The Earful Tower is gone. Good riddance, I guess. Honestly, I care more about the lame breakfast over at Grand Flo Villas.

What are you up to? And what Disney news has you interested?

One Little Spark of Inspiration
shane, who writes Parkeology, shares a litany of lines. Reading about them is way more fun than actually waiting in them.

Lee always has the coolest collectibles. This week, he features an amazing 20,000 Leagues board game AND a bunch of Read-Along books on record on Disney Nouns.

Dani, who writes on Touring Plans Blog, experiences the new bar(?) in EPCOT’s Canada Pavilion. Looks like a place I’ll never go … but probably a really savvy use of space by Disney.

On Disney In Your Day, Becky (she does have good hair …) shows off her (very cool) Princess and the Frog-themed birthday party.

Nicole takes a walk around Disney Springs before the joint is jumping and writes about her adventure on Sparkly Ever After.

What are you reading this week?? Let us know in the comments!
