Weekly Round Up: June 25

Hollywood Tower Hotel (Mouse on the Mind)
My hotel looked nothing like this.

Guess what, jerks?!?!

I was on vacation this weekend. Like, actual, real and true vacation. I didn’t wear pants for the better part of three days. And I definitely didn’t go into a theme park. It was … really, really, really, really, really nice. Really nice.

The point of this story is, I have no idea what happened this past weekend or what’s going on in the world of Disney. I assume it’s not much. I’m probably right.

Whatever did happen … some people are probably mad. Others probably love it. [Insert me reminding everyone to calm down here.]

So I have nothing exciting to say. Except. Except!! I’m giving away a Blu-ray/DVD edition of Oz the Great and Powerful. So go enter! Enter!!

One Little Spark of Inspiration
Estelle from This Happy Place Blog found some Disney magic around NYC–including a spot we went for drinks!

Over on Touring Plans Blog, Scarlett talks about the awesomeness that is the new Main Street Bakery. (And if you’d like to see all of the photos of our new Starbucks overlords, head over to At Disney Again.)

The folks at Alt Disney World have news of the television premiere of the new Mickey cartoons.

I’m sort of in love with all things Mid-Century Modern, and the folks at Oh My Disney have reimagined some iconic Disney items in that style.

Sarah from Eating WDW enjoys Sunday brunch at Raglan Road … yum!

Check out some lovely photos from Enchanted Tales with Belle from Chasing Fairytales.
