Weekly Round Up: July 2

totesHappy July, everyone!

Can you believe it’s already July? I can’t! Time is flying, that’s for sure. I’ve been at my “new” job for more than 16 weeks, and our month of Imagineering Awesome came and went in a flash!

Or did it?! I got so many amazing entries that I have extended the series one more week … so there’ll be two additional newly imagined attractions coming your way this week! Lucky you!!

As for me, I’m missing Disney World big time … I still haven’t seen my girl Rapunzel’s bathrooms, I missed all of Flower and Garden, and I’m dying to try the new bread cones at Min & Bill’s (to say nothing of the new brunch at Raglan Road).

To cheer myself up, I’ve been hosting giveaways on the blog! First, congrats should go to Andrew Pham, who won a copy of Oz the Great and Powerful! And good luck should go out to the rest of you … because I’m giving away the Monsters U notebook pictured at right  … so click here to enter to win.

One Little Spark of Inspiration
Teevtee talked all about his efforts to ride all 47 WDW attractions in a single operating day on Parkeology.

Our fine photog friend from At Disney Again spent a morning in the Magic Kingdom.

Rich of Mouse Troop outlined several underrated Disney animated characters.

Sarah went big at Gaston’s Tavern and wrote about it on Chasing Fairytales.

Estelle of This Happy Place Blog did the coolest thing ever: found skirts fitting the theme for each of Magic Kingdom’s lands!

Amy wrote about an amazing, awesome, superfun way to celebrate June 26 on WDW Dreamin.

Over on Disney Hipster Blog, the boys taste-tested what may become my new favorite Wave cocktail.

Until next week …
