It’s back!! You can pick this beauty up (along with Greek salad, chicken souvlaki, spanakopita and Greek yogurt cups) at the Greece booth.
I love cheese in all shapes and sizes, but bigger is definitely better in this case! This thick slab of salty cheese is warmed on a griddle, so it’s warm and crunchy on top and cool and gooey in the middle. The sweetness of the honey mellows out the saltiness of the cheese, and the pistachios on top add a nice crunch to the dish. The texture is thick and a bit gummy, so make sure you grab a knife when you get your serviceware.
